13 year old Richard suffering a pedicure

Richard whined as two female salon workers knelt near his squirmy bare feet. He knew this would tickle, but he was under strict orders from Mrs Tickleton to suffer and accept his ticklish treatment. He felt a blindfold go over his eyes, making him feel twice as vulnerable.

"Alright, time for this ticklish prefect to go bonkers" giggled one of the workers near his feet. "Now, if I remember correctly you have a real mean spot RIIIIIIGHT here, don't you sweetie?" teased the other worker as she scritched and scratched his arch on his right foot with a single nail. "AYEEEE-HEEEEEEE. I do, please don't do that" he squealed as if he were a lad half his age being tickled by his mother like he'd been so many times in the past. "I've pedicured him before, get ready for him to scream like a girl" teased the other worker. "Hey, that only happened last time because you used those horrifying fish to exfoliate my feet at the end of the pedicure" protested Richard. "Oh? And I guess all the girly screams BEFORE the fish were just practice then?" giggled the worker. "Alright, so my feet MIGHT be a bit ticklish" he chuckled. "More than a bit, this one sleeps in socks whenever he can to avoid these ticklish feet of his being a target for a late night tickle attack" said the worker. "Hey, those other prefects are MEAN if they see your panic spots exposed" laughed Richard. "So are WE" teased the other worker. "Um, you'll need to restrain my toes. I'm a squirmy one, especially when my feet are being tickled" said Richard. "Nah, we'll leave them...for now" grinned the worker at his left foot. "Let's make these feet nice and soft" said the worker at his right foot.

Just then, Richard began laughing as he felt...
