The next morning you wake up, feeling drowsy. Something feels off as you sit in bed, you roll around a little and the bed squeaks under the weight You start to come to your senses, feel your body absentmindedly and realize that you feel bigger and beefier everywhere.
Encouraged by the thrilling sensation of being a bigger, better, stronger than you were yesterday you lurch out of bed. It takes more effort than usual, but that only adds to the excitement. As you tug up a tight pair of shorts and fumble with the buttons your mind is already laying out plans for the day ahead. Bigger weights in the gym, bigger portions at each meal, and how to squeeze in more snacks in between classes.
You squeeze into a shirt with overwhelming satisfaction. It fits like a second skin and the stitches are practically popping at the biceps. You rush into the bathroom for a quick confirmation that - yes - you are slightly bigger that last you checked. All the bodybuilder's favorite muscles are looking thicker. You can't tell from the dark color from the shirt that everything is less defined in general. You don't even notice that your stomach isn't flat at all anymore but is slightly rounded and pudgy. Maybe because your used to it bulging with food. You rush out the door to the all-you-can-eat for breakfast to load up on fuel for the next workout.
(The fact that your stomach feels like you're dying for food but looks like its stuffed already never enters your mind)
After stuffing your face like a hog at the trough you strut off to the gym. Although you get weird looks you interpret them all as complimentary or envious. And, if your ego wasn't big enough, one of your workout buddies on how huge you're getting lately.
Now deluded to the point that you are almost convinced that you are, in fact, some beefy god of old.
You hit the weights and finish felling bigger and more pumped than ever. You whip off your shirt to revel in your sweaty and hefty form.
Your buddy is impressed to the point of giving you a standing ovation. He asks you if you plan to keep powerlifting for maximum gains or to switch off soon for a cutphase.
At this point your self-confidence is untouchable, so you don't even hear the cutphase suggestion.
Do you...
1) Keep going lifting big and eating huge
or
2) Become so confident in yourself you give up on the gym (but not the food)
