Buy 1 pill to see if it works

I purchased a single pill to see if it really could do what it said it could. A few days later, it arrived by post. Inside that package was a single round pink pill. It was quite large. I read the instructions:

Swallow pill with water. This pill will increase appetite and convert more of the calories consumed to fat, up to around 50 pounds. It is advised that you have a large quantity of food available before you take the pill. Max dose: 1 pill per day.

After reading the instructions, I turn on the oven and pile a tray with all the chicken nuggets, chips and hash browns that are in my freezer. I put those in the oven to start cooking, then swallow the pill with some water. I wait for the promised effects to start.
