A wild Poochyena

Roy slowly approaches the base trunk of the tree, inside it he could see something or somebody sleeping. By its size and colour, he could easily guess...

It was a Poochyena!
The canine bitting Pokémon, who largely populates the Hoenn forests. And since he is literally in a forest, it would be only normal to see them around. But he wasn't expecting to see one sleeping. Whatever gender it was, it looked hella cute cuddling itself together, with its nose in their fur, keeping itself warm while sleeping during the day.

Roy smiled at his findings. Curiosity took over him and he slowly stepped forward, step by step getting closer to the pile of gray fur. Without realising he stepped on a crunchy leaf and his heavy foot made it make a noise. *Crr* It wasn't loud, but the Poochyena definitely heard it, he could see its ears move and peak up even tho it looked completely dozed off.

Roy thought if it's worth it to approach the sleeping Poochyena...
