Was it an act of (a) god? A magical or scientific experiment or accident? A rift in space and time?

One way or another, everything was now far bigger. Or rather one's perspective so much tinier. Furniture like houses if not skyscrapers. At best a mouthful for a cat, at worst a miniscule unnoticed speck of dust on the floor. A new miniscule size, a whole new perspective and endless new risks and perils awaiting to doom anyone from mouse to dust size.
