When does Johnny start to top or dominate his Bro Cloud?

1) During Cloud's mission in Wall Market, to better help Cloud get used to the idea of dressing like a girl, while his outfit for the mission is getting made, Johnny has Cloud dress in another set of female clothing and takes him on a 'date."

2) When Cloud and his party arrive in Costa Del Sol. Although no one is staying at his inn, and everywhere else in town is fully booked, Johnny requires Cloud to do something for him before the party can book their rooms.
