Kalib still didn't like the fact that he was getting promoted to the fourth grade, but he went with it anyway because of his parents. He missed his friends though, from first grade. He sighed, and mostly got A's in his classes, even though social studies was getting him beat a lot.

He didn't really get how he could memorize all of those things at one time.

1. Kalib studies super hard in SS and gets promoted to the 5th grade
