Daniel all of a sudden can't move. His body is compleatly still and every thing is still big. Then April comes into the room and picks him up. "Lisa look at my new dolly." she says. "Wow thats a cool doll April." Lisa says. Then his mom walks in. "April that doll is so tiny." your mom says. "Can we take it back." Daniel is taken to the store and given to someone else and they put him in a box. Then he sits on a shelf. Alone and watches his family leave.
Daniel wakes up with a jolt. "April..." you wisper to her. She slowly opens her eyes. "You had a bad dream again?" April says sounding concerned for you. "Yes I did." you tell her. "Don't be afraid Daniel... I wont let anything bad happen to you." she says. "Would you get rid of me?" You ask her.
"I would never get rid of you." she says with a loader voice. "Is that what your nightmare was about?" she asks. "Yes."
She rubs your back gently. Her fingers are warm and soft. April liked to pick on you allot but she was someone who always understood you.
"April. If I told you I did not really like being a baby would you get mad?" you say. "Nope. You can be something else next time." she says. "I don't want to be a toy." Yoy tell her. "Why not?" She says. "Because it makes me feel so meaningless."
"Oh I see. Does it make you feel like I don't think your anything but a toy." she says. "Yes exactly." you tell her. "I understand. I really did have fun playing with you. I always have fun when we play." she says with a small grin. "April who are you talking to." your brother yells in. "I am talking to myself." April yells back. It is late and you probubly woke him. "Daniel we can talk later." she says.
Then you snuggle a little bit and sleep in her arm.
