Back to the Mall Again

With the Wishing Powder in your pocket you head back into the hot summer day and follow the magical arrow which is leading you towards your friend Matt.
After a couple of blocks you realize it's not pointing towards Matt's house, and a few blocks later you realize it's not pointing towards the grocery store either.
'Where could he be?' you ask yourself as you find yourself in the mall parking lot heading towards one of the mall entrances.
'Wait! Maybe the Wishing Powder is tricking me to going back to Notz and Yeps!' you think to yourself.
