You look at Uncle Jerry to see that he has gained more weight, and you can tell from seeing his shirt button looking more tight than they were before! You look at him, "Uhh, Uncle Jerry? You've gained more weight!"
Uncle Jerry managed to make it to his house right as you mention his gain, and he stops the car, looking at his gut and poking at it, "Oh boy, I have! What's doing this?"
