Your Uncle Phil....

As you are walking back on the sidewalk, you see an older man approach you. Lo and behold, it was your Uncle Phil! He was a physician in one of the local clinics in town. Well loved by most. He was a bit on the hefty side as most men in your family. His belly was about 100 pounds smaller than your dads. But still big! He had a small brown beard and hair that complimented his pudgy cheeks and jolly eyes. He always made you feel loved.
"Hey (IYNH)! How are you?"
"Hey Uncle Phil! I thought you were at work?" You approached Phil who decided to sit down on a bench, which pushed his gut forward even more.
"Naw, took the day off. Just enjoying the outdoors."
You had the powder in your pocket. You wondered if you should use it.
