The Bump on Your Head

    by: Theday Author IconMail Icon
"That's big," says your mother, surprised," That's it, we're taking you to a doctor."
"OK," you sigh and stand up holding a cold compress on your head and walk towards the doorway and put your shoes back on.
"Mike, leave some food for your brother," your Mom tells him.
"Yes Mom," Mike nods and begins to shovel some food onto your plate as you open the door.
You get into the passenger side of the SUV and your Mom takes the driver seat and soon you two are off to the walk in clinic by the mall.

You arrive at the walk in clinic to see there's only one other person sitting in the waiting room. You take your seat while your Mom talks to the receptionist and shortly joins you. It doesn't take more then 5 minutes before a man, about 30 years old with a black beard on his face and a good 50 pounds around his waist comes out from the little rooms and calls your name.
You follow your Mom into one of the rooms and the doctor says," Hello (insert your name here), I'm Dr. Spelldon. I see you have a bit of a bump on your head."
"Yes sir," you say while the doctor puts on some latex gloves as you take your cold compress off your head," I accidently hit a tree when I was out for a jog."
"I see," says the doctor giving the bump a look and touches it ever so slightly making the stinging sensation.
"Owww," you wince in pain.
"Hmmm," says the doctor and grabs a flash light and asks you to follow it and checks your pupils.
"Is he ok?" asks your Mom nervously.
"As far as I can tell Mrs. (insert your last name here)," says Dr. Spelldon," He seems to be all there. All reaction times are good. Did you fall unconscious when you got the bump?"
"Yes I did," you answer remember waking up on the moist ground.
"Not a very good sign," says the doctor.
"Will he be ok?" asks your Mom.
"I'm sure he will be, just make sure to keep something cold on that bump and make sure he doesn't sleep too long and plenty of water," says the doctor," Also, no more bumps to the head."
"Thank you doctor," says your Mom and you leave the room with her.

What happens when you return home?

You have the following choices:

1. You're starving? or

*Pen*
2. The bump has vanshied?
