Brianna gets hungry in her sleep and eats you

The sound of Brianna's stomach gurgling wakes you and her up at about 2in the morning, Brianna still mostly asleep notices smething between her breasts, grabs it not realizing that its John and stuffs it into her mouth and swallows.
John is slowly squeezed down Brianna's oesophagus, and deposited in her stomach, surrounded by her stomach juices.
As John is still mostly asleep himself, he just curls up inside Brianna's belly and falls asleep never to wake up again. As Brianna Digests in her sleep and John becomes nothing more than fat on Brianna's already large belly.
She wakes up the next morning and looks down at her breasts for John, instantly noticing that he's not there, and thinks to herself "I did have that weird dream last night that I was a giantess, destroying and eating whatever I liked.
Oh uh-oh, I think I might have ate John."
"Wow, Never knew I could get hungry in my sleep. Well live and learn, or I will, John won't. Not anymore.
