It appears to be a watch. Silvery and quite attractive you lift it out of it's tissue wrapping. On the face is a digital display with several windows, all with tiny text or pictures in or above them (only the smallest of which actually reads the time). There are several buttons on the sides and a knob.
You grab the note in the bottom of the box,
