"Well, it never seemed to work all that well," Lance began. "I tried to eat more, but avoided carbs and fats so I wouldn't get fat, and then I alternated light days and heavy days, with lots of cardio - 'cause I didn't want to get fat at all - and while I'm strong for my size, I never grew that much. I don't really understand why, when guys like Rob who don't pay so much attention to their food get to grow really big."
"That's your problem," Rob interjected, "you're so afraid of getting fat that you don't eat enough. You gotta overfeed, put on some muscle AND fat weight, then work on getting the muscle up."
"Yeah, Clint added, "Rob and I got the same plan, and it worked for both of us. Want us to work with you on a dirty bulk, then a muscle up?"
