Back to Normal

You slowly open your eyes and sit up. You smile, remembering the stroll you and Kouji had taken last night. Speaking of Kouji, you decide to check up on him. Even though you're grounded, your dad said you could go outside, but not go anywhere beyond the house. You head to the bathroom, do your business, then take off your clothes and shower. After your shower, you get dressed in your room. Slipping on your(whatever shoes you want to wear), you race down the stairs, out the door and around to the shed. You open the door, but you don't see him anywhere. "Looking for me?" a voice says behind you. Turning around, you see Kouji looking down at you. "Kouji," you say. "Yeah?" he asks. "Thanks for taking me on a stroll last night," you say. "It made me feel better." Kouji nods. For the rest of the day, you and Kouji play together. At the end of the day, though, Kouji shrinks back to his normal size and you're both happy. Later, Kouji goes back home. His parents had been worried sick about him and didn't put up a fuss when he finally came home. They had called the police, but for some weird reason, they couldn't find him because whenever they'd get to a place where Kouji had been, they'd get there too late, but found giant footprints on the ground. The rumor and tale that a giant had been in the city spreads across the city like a wildfire, but only you and Kouji know the truth and you both aren't saying anything.
