Flight

Faced with a snake that measures several hundred feet in length, you discover, can produce quite the adrenaline jolt.

You start racing across the wide expanse of your living room coffee table as Kevin finishes lowering his pet snake onto the table's surface.

At your much smaller size, you find that your progress is pitifully slow. You look over your shoulder and see the snake begin a sidewinding motion across the tabletop.

At the same time, you notice Kevin as the titantic youth folds his enormous body onto the living room sofa. He's relaxing, watching as the drama unfolds. You've become spectator sport for Kevin.

You reach the edge of the table and stare across the gulf toward Kevin. Another look back shows the snake getting steadily closer.
