Oh this is a dreamy piece about a bard! I could visualize him in his environment and almost here his lamenting soul. Wonderfully vivid images make it easy to enter the vision. *Star* I liked the idea of the "blues carved in his heart laid bare." *Sad*

*Delight*The structure is balanced and flows with ease. Your word choices for rhyme and meaning are interesting. "solitude" "pursued", dusk, musk. etc. The repeated lines add drama and echo the tone of melancholy. Well done. It was pleasing to read aloud with its effective sound combinations and rhythm. I have not heard of this form and it is very lovely, well chosen for the theme and emotion.


The title captivated me not only as the image suggests sitting out in nature but also the idea of being stuck. Great choice. This expression well deserves its ribbon! So moving and realistic.
