First impression:

Your Guest Book is very inviting from the first moment on. The personalized thumbnail image that greets a visitor proves the care you are taking to be welcoming like a light that shines through the darkness.

What works:

This page opens up with a nice, big banner. You explain who you are and what is important to you. I like the trinket that you have placed at the bottom of the page as a treat for visitors.

The list of items that you want to bring attention to is long, but not too long. It gives a good oversight of all the things that you are offering to the community.

What needs work:

I have been on Writing.com for 8 years *Right* That's always a problem with writing a number of years as time goes on. This year, you will mark ten years on the site in September. I suggest just leaving out how long you've been on the site. People can see it in your suitcase. Or, if you want to, write that you joined in September 2014. That way, visitors can do the math and they will always have the correct number.

Final thoughts:

You should add a couple of links to pieces that you wrote and want to have reviews for. It would drive more traffic to your writing.
