I'm no impartial reviewer, but I have been highly impressed with my daughter's first solo entry into the writing world. Her story is about Cass, a young girl who suffers a traumatic experience in the ocean, and overcomes her fears to face... well, you'll see. She wrote this story for her Girl Scout Gold Award project in order to spread awareness about OCD. In my humble and utterly biased opinion, she's done and excellent job. Long for a short story but short for a book at around 15K words, I highly recommend it, especially to a young adult audience.
