 | “Whomever or whatever the visitors are, their activities go far beyond a mere study of mankind. They are involved with us on very deep levels, playing in the band of dream, weaving imagination & reality together until they begin to seem what they probably are - different aspects of a single continuum. To really begin to perceive the visitors adequately, it is going to be necessary to invent a new discipline of vision, one that combines the mystic's freedom of imagination with the substantial intellectual rigor of the scientist.”
― Whitley Strieber, Communion: A True Story

“It was not the first time Diin Ṛũl had destroyed a galaxy.”
 ― Bert-Oliver Boehmer, Dark Cascade

"All right, kid, here's the deal. At any given time, there are approximately 1500 aliens on the planet, most of them right here in Manhattan. And most of them are decent enough, they're just trying to make a living."
 —Agent K, Men in Black

 | Aliens, Aliens, Everywhere
I've often thought about what a child would do if they woke up and discovered their parents had turned into space aliens. It might be a good story idea. Like the TV show Resident Alien, only children can see their parents' true form. It makes you wonder if aliens are already among us, cleverly disguised as one of us.

There has been a lot of news lately about UFOs and similar phenomena. Are they prepping us for something they've known about for years but kept hidden? I've even read that they've been here for thousands of years, living their lives among us, making a living.

Some people think they are everywhere and have always been. It makes you think, is my tall, blond neighbor human? Is a large percentage of the population from other worlds? It makes you feel paranoid. And if they're not aliens, maybe their demons or witches or something. But it's always the same, they're out to get you, and there isn't squat you can do about it.

I think it's about time we take action. It's about time we call these people out. Grab your guns and your tinfoil hats and let's go get these bastards. We'll show them not to mess with humans. Wait, wait, I'm just pulling your leg, I'm not advocating violence. Put your weapons back in the closet and go shake your neighbor's hand. You never know if you're greeting someone from someplace else. Just look at that devious and sinister smile on their face.
