A sister story to my one about Reality Warping, this story covers a different device that only alters individual people and objects instead of the whole world. Unlike the other device, when it changes people, they remain changed even upon leaving the building or room.

Like the other device, once people are altered, they and other people around them accept the change as if reality had always been that way. Any other media of the person, past and present, will be affected by the change.

The characters in this story include

Rebecca - 16, the protagonist, user of the device and the only one unaffected by the changes.
Cassandra - Rebecca's mother, 39
George - Rebecca's father, 42
Lauren - Rebecca's older sister, 20
Kim - Rebecca's younger sister, 12
Sarah - Rebecca's best friend, 15
