Helping runs the risk of exhaustion,
Helping makes you less likely to proceed with caution,
Helping rams the underbelly of life down your throat,
Helping is that thick unrelenting smog that chokes.

Helping becomes your constant companion,
Helping will cause a scene, leave you twisting and panting,
Helping is helping you smother yourself,
Helping is becoming you while your life sits on the shelf.
