Did you know this?

Did you know that Ancient Greeks had pancakes called tagenites? They were flat, unleavened cakes made with wheat flour, olive oil, honey, and sometimes, they even used curdled milk! They were cooked in a frying pan, hence the name. The word tagenites was derived from the ancient Greek word for frying pan. I hope you enjoyed this random piece of worthless information!
