What is their relationship?

Poll Question:
I'm only the one path away from being done with the games, but I'm surprisingly struggling with this last hurdle. Specifically, the relationship between Chase and Elaine.

Maybe it's because I've done this a dozen other times, but I'm struggling to think of these two as neighbours. And I honestly don't know why.

Since I'm mentally trapt with them living together, I'd like to get a census on your thoughts if I was to make them siblings.

For the last two option, their parents live together to save money.
