James and the universal remote

James found the universal remote which can bend reality. my first story here pls be nice.

it was a normal day or was it...
James an average teenage boy with blonde hair, blue eyes, tanned skin, the dream guy for most girls. He was a normal kid above average IQ but that changed on one day a singular morning. James had just gotten out of bed and ready for school when he noticed a package outside labelled for "James, from the one who has your back", it was in an ordinary, plain, brown cardboard box. He opened it eagerly his blond hair in his eyes and he pulled out... an ordinary remote with numbers a rewind button the works, so what was so special about it? "Huh weird thing to send me whoever did but thanks i guess" he muttered under his breath "welp off to school and i might as well try this remote out there" and off he went biking to school. the school a jumble of buildings in red brick or white brick, the whole place felt depressing, but James had this remote to turn off the projector in the middle of class and make it more fun. the bell rang and he was walking to class when he got a call on his phone, he answered "hello who is this"
"I'm calling to see if you enjoy your gift" a muffled voice says
"I guess what do I even do with it" James asked
"Use it on people" the voice replied and hung up the phone. well, that was a weird interaction James thought as he kept going but temptation was getting the better of him and he decided to use the remote on his best friend after class during lunch. three hours later after two boring lessons it was finally lunch time and time to use that remote. he found his friend, tony. "Hey tony" jake said "can you come with me really quick I wanna test something out. the two went into the bathroom together then James pulled out the remote and clicked the rewind button while pointing it at tony. he watched as tony shrunk down the longer he held it, James let go of the button just before Tony had become a toddler. "what the hell man" tony squeaked out in his new tiny body.
"i didn't know it would do that" James replied "but i can fix it" he then pressed the fast forward button until Tony was back to his proper age. the naked body of Tony stood there for a second embarrassed but quickly put his clothes back on. "Well at least we know what those buttons do now" James said in laughter putting the remote back into his bag.
