The antagonist to the caretaker

I was that person. It's unbelievable to me, but it's true. I did not believe or want to believe that my mom was very ill. She got up everyday to continue to support the 3rd generation. She played marjoram on the computer each day. She had not been hospitalized. She did not want to live with me. She was fine. until she wasn't.
