One morning
Many years ago

I got up early
In the morning.

Had black coffee,
and a chunk
of chocolate
for my breakfast

Watching the morning news
Writing my journal musings.

Drinking my coffee.
in a big mug


Then I spilled milk
Over my computer

The computer was fried
and stone cold dead

But the screen flashed
An amazing site

the number of the beast
66666666666666666666.

Trying perhaps to tell me
Something

As I screamed.
At the death
of my computer.
