There's a lot of drama here, especially when Andrew tries to keep Lily and his father apart. The author does a good job holding onto to that simmering romance between them. The romantic scenes were spot on.

At one point I was shouting at Lily to call Fitzhugh already and when she finally does the letter gets highjacked.

Read another book in the Jewels of the Ton series, but I read them all. I found Galen's Christmas/Holiday romances instead.

It's got a little bit of everything - history, action, adventure, and compelling characters.

I read this book quickly. It was hard to put down. I wanted to see what Andrew and Lily would stumble into next.
