| I started writing around 15 years ago, and I'm just now working on my first full-length novel. I love the writing process, and learning about that publishing process, too. My educational background is in speech-language pathology, audiology (hearing science), physiological psychology, and cognitive science. I have worked with juvenile felons in the Oregon prison system, and volunteered as an EMT with our local fire department. I bring these experiences, and more, to my writing. |

| I love photography, animals, nature, the ocean, the woods, flower gardens, chats with my family, a nice glass of wine, and conversation with close friends. I have a passion for strong public schools, too. |
