Some of my happiest memories are entertaining my family with stories that I wrote. I've won numerous writing competitions, including the Bridport children’s prize and local library competitions. I self-published ‘Canal Girl,’ a story written aged 12, on Amazon. My fantasy trilogy ‘The Brownies of Velmoran’ centres around a humble yet courageous brownie girl who finds herself caught up in a perilous journey to find a homeland for her clan.
Fiction writer (novels and short stories). Poet.
I love writing fantasy novels full of whimsy, enchantment and folklore. I also pen historical fiction and poetry.
I scribble sketches and paint watercolours, love spending time with my wonderful disabled pet dachshund Merry, and adore historical dressmaking and attending re-enactments and historical festivals, which provide me with lots of ideas for my stories.
