Proud member of the Rising stars program! Thanks Christina-INDIA!!!!!!! I am, basically an invention, but far warmer than such a description might suggest. It's quite nice actually, though I doubt anyone really knows what I'm talking about. My being here is a secret, no one in my life knows about it, and it'll stay that way for now. I write poetry for the same reason people would expect someone my age to write poetry, I like to think of mine as a bit more meaningful!
Interesting question. I like to add as much meaning as I can and try my best not to sound cliché. Short answer- original.
Same question as before. A lot of poetry at the moment. I'd like to say meaningful, humorous and mysterious.
Stories, music and, naturally, my friends and all that sentimental stuff. I love stories, any tale will catch my fancy, which explains my deep interest in folklore and that. Also, I'm not crazy into sci-fi but I do adore the universe.
I do enjoy sci-fi, comedy and adventure Romance is wonderful as a co-genre but I'm not sure if it works alone.
Count of Monte Cristo, American Gods, I Lucifer, 1984, The Three Musketeers, Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass and many more too.
Alexandre Dumas, Neil Gaiman.
Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, William Blake, John Copper Clarke.
Just about anything from Oscar Wilde. 'All generalisations are dangerous, even this one.' Alexandre Dumas. 'Dreams are real while they last, can we say more of life?' Henry Havelock Ellis.
Tom Waits, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, The Libertines.
Fight Club, Back To The Future, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Indiana Jones 1 and 3.
