Yet Unseen But Hopeful
Bodhisattwa Parekh

It is not yet time to completely despair.

That is the hint that resounds in the sky and air.

We want a worthy leader.

Who will inspire us to do something new?

That person will show the correct path; the path of a developed nation will be formed.

But where is he?

He is nowhere to be seen.

Yet my mind says that he will come; don't be frustrated.

Mercy Means

Bodhisattwa Parekh

Mercy means a gentle hand.

Whom I can depend on.

Mercy means quiet words,

That boosts our confidence.

Mercy means another opportunity, proving our worth.

Mercy means guidance to success.

Mercy means a kind offer.

It is unconditional.

Christmas Whispers
Bodhisattwa Parekh

Whispers of Christmas.
Preparations are in full swing.
A gathering of close friends and relatives on Christmas Eve.
Delicious foods and drinks, along with the heart-touching gifts.
Together we will feel warmth on the cold evening.
With dreams of a brighter future in our eyes,
The journey of the New Year will begin with fresh energy.

Tears

Bodhisattwa Parekh

The tears come from my eyes.
This river is steaming down silently.
But randomly.
Saltwater comes in,
Causing etched on skin,
Filling a voidness after losing you forever.
A cleansing rain,
Washing my heart again.

My Hope
Bodhisattwa Parekh

I went to the airport to say goodbye to him.
I thought I wouldn't cry.
But I couldn't.
I know it's only been two years.
That feels like two hundred years to me.
How will I get through this?
Only God knows the answer.
I can only hope for better days.

The Deed of Settling Down
Bodhisattwa Parekh

After a long time,
We got a chance to settle down again.
That time it was a plain land.
We began farming.
Established marketplaces.
A tension-free life was there.
Senior members felt a sigh of relief.
This looks like a permanent solution.

I am in Darjiling again
Bodhisattwa Parekh

Winter already appears in full flow. I come to Darjeeling to see those colourful orchids on the surface of snow dust. Many nature lovers come here to see these beauties. Here 'these' indicates the beauty of sunrise. When different colourful shades of sunrays kiss ice, it creates different magical layers of the Himalayas. But most of the days remain cloudy. You can't see these beauties on those days. The sunset also shows the same beauty. The previous year, I went there for 30 days. I could see sunrise just 9 days. Despite the coldness and black marketing of lodging, people go there.

I always stay as the guest of a church. It has no cost for staying and food. Only known persons are allowed there. We give them some money. It is optional.

My Favourite Possession
Bodhisattwa Parekh

I love many things. But the most favourite of them is possession of my big, big personal library. I like that place mostly.I can easily spend my whole day in this room. It is not only a serene place that helps me to concentrate on study; it is also a place I can think of something new and develop the narrative.

Overall, I love this possession.

Truth Wins At Last
Bodhisattwa Parekh

I saved a man from a serious danger.
I knew he was honest.
But fall into a serious trap.
He was poor and had no money.
He couldn't appoint a lawyer.
I went to him, and the winner was truth.
I felt joy to rescue him.
That was the best gift to me.

My Favourite Place In The World
Bodhisattwa Parekh

You, like most people, don't find your favorite place in the world easily. I'm sure about it. That place is an awkward one. Yeah, it is my library room. This is the place where I feel most comfortable. I often go to any part of an imaginary world through a piece of writing, which can send us to any part of the world. So it is my other heaven.
