My thoughts on everything from albacore tuna to zebras

OK, so I've finally been convinced (read that strong armed) into doing a blog. Frankly I hate the name...

It's simply amazing the things you can buy at the grocery store these days.

I'm so excited to see you have a journal! :) I don't know if you remember, but I was a big fan of you a million years ago when I was more active on this site. Life has settled back down for me again and I was able to get internet again (first time in two years - eesh!) and happened upon you while I was dredging the site for writing prompts. Yay!

To merely echo the comments above, you were/are a blessed man. Big Joe gave you something many boys never receive from their Pops because they simply don't know how, because their Pops never were mentored.

Damn good to know that in Pennsylvania, at least, there did abound some honorable men who knew how to love their sons.

That past member was correct; You COULD submit this to a (Field & Stream) magazine and reach many more readers.

Think about it - Allow others to love your Pop.

annelidic - Now there's a word that's foreign to me. Had to look that one up. It's good to know that I CAN learn something from reading another's blog.

I'm thinking . . . those bubbles are methane gas. That's what comes from pig/hog
manure. I believe it also comes from bovine populations, not to mention red-necks gathered 'round the bar-b-q pit, guzzlin' beer and downing red-hots and leaving the graces of proper etiquette somewhere in their shorts drawer.
