| My friend is home from Mississippi and I plan on going to Church today. Sge will be there. I will see her this week.I haven't seen her in 6 months. I watched Hudson and Rex. A show from Canada about a Detective and his German Shepherd partner. I love this show. I cleaned bathrooms today. Not very exciting. Just checking in. |
| Drive Ins. I haven't been to a Drive In, in years. A couple go there to make out. It is nice to watch movies in your cars and bring your own snacks. One time, my son and I went to a Drive In movie and it stormed and rocked the car. You get two movies. Sometimes, movies from dusk to dawn if you stay up all night. Drive Ins were nice. It was like having privacy. The speaker on the window. Luckily, we never drove away with the speaker attached to the window. Personally, I like watching movies on my DVD player. That is comfort. |
| Words: throw pillows,picture frames, coffee mug, scrapbook, sewing basket, sleeping cat on couch, cat tower, book case. The living room. Throw pillows on the couch. A French bicycle pillow. A wolf throw pillow. Pioneer Woman pillow of her Bassett hound. A book case of Jane Austen Books on a shelf. Another book shelf of Barbie, The Beatles, scrapbooks from the past 10 years. A doll from Taiwan. Bibles. Picture frames with pictures of family, Jesus, Queen Elizabeth, wedding pictures. The cat sleeping on the blue and white couch then she decides to sleep in her tower. Two recliners, a love seat, end tables. A sewing basket in the Doll Room with scrapbook supplies. Coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinet. The mugs have The Nutcracker, Morris The Cat, Barbie and Hello Kitty. These are things that are special. Looking around the room, a woman smiles. She drinks Diet Pepsi out of her wine glass that says "Don't Make Me Go Beth Dutton On You!"  |
| We took the cat to the Vet. This time she didn't get a chance to hide from us. She got a blood test. She was uneasy today and wanted to eat. I worry about her. I hope she is calmer tomorrow. We finally got rain. We are getting rain the next 2 days. I need to clean house. I enjoy writing entries for The Beatles Challenge. The Beatles live on. |
| Prompt: What color do you feel like today? Write about this in your Blog entry today. I love lavender and purple. I wear lavender eyeshadow and lipstick. I like to lavender and purple clothes when I can find them. I feel like lavender and purple every day. I carry lavender purses once in awhile. I have some purple dishes. I like to feel like royalty. I think of Prince Purple Rain. I like wearing purple necklaces and rings on occasion. I wear pearls all the time as a rule. Purple is important. Sometimes I wish the world was all purple and lavender. Purple. Call me a Princess. Works for me. |
| Prompt: The media and Aiken sightings. Joy asked if we believe in aliens. Yes. I didn't always but something flew over my car one morning at 6:00 AM. I could swear it was an alien space ship. I saw strange orange lights one night and they disappeared. I believe we are not alone. The astronauts were followed by aliens I read on the trip to the moon. I have seen other strange lights so I will believe anything at this point. |
| I am working on entries for The Beatles Challenge. I love remembering all The Beatles Songs from The 60s and 70s. Need to go to the Bank. Kitty goes to the Vet this week. Didn't get to see the northern lights. Hoping for a good week. |
| June 1. Ww are starting another new month. Wow. Time goes fast. I hope for a good summer. I started writing for The Beatles Writing Challenge this month. I have always loved The Beatles. I watched The Beverly Hillbillies Movie. It wasn't a bad movie. I liked Jim Varney. He played Jed Clempett. We live each day as it comes. Hoping for a good month. |
| The weekend. We are having a Cookout today. My husband likes steak and I enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers and baked beans. Thought it was going to rain but it changed it's mind. I don't do much exciting. I did get my Vitamin B12 Shot today. I get one every month. I went back to Home Goods. I got a ceramic navy blue seal for the yard and a blue and white willow pattern elephant. I want to go to Church this weekend. I get through each day. I am always thankful for each and every day. |
| Hazy and Foggy in the morning. It was cloudy all day. I vacuumed and did laundry. I need to get my Vitamin B12 Shot today. No special plans this weekend. My husband and I are having another Cook Out. He does like steak. I enjoy hot dogs and baked beans. I hope for a good weekend. Love each day as it comes |
