ReplyI'm sad to announce we've lost one of our friends recently. I mean—he's not dead; but Enthusiasm  has decided to step away from our community to pursue his trade elsewhere, and I wish him all the luck in the world. Before he goes and clears out his portfolio (which will be a huge loss, in my opinion; I'm a terrific fan), I wanted to highlight two of his recent works that just knocked my socks off. -----------------------------------

The November 2025 round of  "The Adam West Conspiracy" has ended, and the winners have been crowned! This month was an especially hard month to judge! I want to offer  congratulations to the first and second place winners. (We actually only had the two entries this month, but that really made it even harder to judge!) _________________ Enthusiasm submitted "Artisinal Gluttony" for first place just edging out ❄️ Krista 🎄  with "Cranberry Inhalation" . _________________ It was as close to a flip of the coin as it gets with these two wonderfully different stories. Excellent work both of you! And my sincere thanks for participating in this challenge. It is wonderful to get such writing delivered directly to my doorstep, so to speak. -------------------- Your submissions keep this contest fun! | For anyone who cares (which admittedly does not even include me, some days), I will be removing several pieces from my port over the next couple of days. Many of my Daily Flash Fiction entries will be removed to make space for more stories. I'll try to upload a compendium of them just to make myself feel important.
