PROTIP: If you're thinking that 52 short stories is a tall order, remember that there is no minimum word count requirement. A few hundred words of flash fiction counts the same as thousands of words, so you can still comfortably meet your goal by writing a couple of "Daily Flash Fiction Challenge" Open in new Window. or "The Writer's Cramp" Open in new Window. entries each week! *Smile*

Man, it's been a crazy week:

Monday — adoption anniversary dinner with the kids
Tuesday — drove into the office for a full day of meetings
Wednesday — early birthday dinner for my daughter
Thursday — daughter's birthday + all-day field trip with my son
Friday — daughter's class writing presentation
Today — daughter's soccer game in the morning, birthday party in the afternoon
At least we get to sleep in on Sunday... *Yawn*
