My car is back at my house. Not sure but about 6 months to save up to get it fixed.

Humble Poet PNG - but am I? Author Icon - I can't remember it all. The front right tire is angled wrong and there are 2 more things wrong with it.
car broke down 3 towns away. sigh This has been a rough week.
I'm home from the hospital. Had to go to Olympia because they have better care for strokes. I thought I was fine. Didn't know I was having strokes. Next time I fill the purse with food!!!

I'm letting a homeless couple move their camper to my street, and will let them shower once a week and cook a bit here. I hope they are honest.

Ditto - that is extremely kind of you. Having to answer 911 and our non-emergency line in Los Angeles, I can honestly say that I have heard just about everything. And it's unnerving. I would only caution you to keep your safety in the back of your mind, that said, my upmost respect for your generous offer.

I sent one of my books to the jail/prison that a friend of my kids is as. HE WENT NUTS. So glad he likes it. It takes a lot of money but I told him he could share it with the other prisoners. It's not in book form. My own kids won't read my work. Then my youngest daughter was mad she and her kids were in it. But I wrote it almost 10 years ago and she is only just now telling me to change the names. sigh. I'm so loved.

Jay O'Toole Author Icon - It is an awesome feeling seeing your book in the bookstore, on Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, etc. for sale!

But my greatest thrill was having my neighbors, family, and friends bring their copy of my book to my house to sign. I still smile when someone drops by after ordering the book and ask me to sign it or they are sending it to a friend or family member.

G. B. Williams Author Icon - We do not have a bookstore anymore. Our mall is totally closed down. I really want my books to have a place to be sold.
Now to get dressed and drive3-4 towns away to take 100 pages of one of my books to a guy in jail. His 'ex' used to rent a room from me, but I couldn't take her trashing the upstairs anymore. She got mad at him, lied about him and he is in jail until next January. She might be the one who stole my mail. I might take a few strokes of paint on my entry just to I can say I started to paint the entry. lol
