When I was deciding between Seattle and Missoula I had a chance to meet then Governor Schweitzer. The officials at that time seemed to get around more... at least to Missoula.

I believe Wraiths Wheeling Widdershins knows Missoula. I'm sure there are others but they just drive through...
Kåre เลียม Enga Author Icon - I've visited Missoula many times. We used to go 'big city' shopping there when I was growing up. I'm old enough to remember going through 'malfunction junction' on our way to Kmart and buying a bag of 25 cent burgers at Hermes. My dad sometimes treated us to a 'fancy' meal at the 4B's restaurant. I saw my first (and last) X-rated movie in Missoula the summer I turned 18. I've floated the Clark Fork River down from Bonner, watched the wave surfers from the Higgins Street bridge, and ridden the carousel in the park. I've been to the farmer's market, browsed at Rockin' Rudy's and seen a film at the Wilma theater. I've shivered through a Grizzly football game and sweated in heavy afternoon traffic on Reserve St. My youngest lives in Missoula and took me to the police shooting range once. But I still wouldn't say that I really know Missoula, I've only skimmed the surface.

btw, thanks for remembering me. I've been dealing with a lot the past year and a half and I haven't felt up to social media stuff. I've barely been writing at all.
