Heidewitzka – blasphemy in Oslo! That mangy Nobel-Prize committee DARED to give the Peace Prize not only to a woman but even more to a VENEZUELAN woman, for her relentless commitment to fighting for and restoring all her fellow peoples' democratic rights. Donald The Orange will be hopping mad with joy.

👀intu the Darkness BUT: you need carbs, especially in the first half of the day (till roughly 2 PM), when the body needs the most energy. In the afternoon / evening it gets "less sensitive" to carbs, which means that it doesn't metabolize them effectively anymore. In the afternoon and evening, you therefore need to up healthy fat + protein, which also have a calming, sleep-inducing effect. *End of Sermon* Sorry, but that's nutritional advice in my corner of Europe. Thought that maybe might be helpful, too.

👀intu the Darkness Here they say no more than 5 gram / 0.2 oz. salt per day (one frozen pizza exceeds that already) as too much causes high blood pressure. I try to have 12 hrs no eat, too, and mostly succeed. I have pre-diabetes and a non-alcoholic fat liver. Slacking is not an option. BUT: that doesn't keep me from making / eating Yums.
I can't sleep, and am watching the World Championships in Athletics in Tokio right now. Race walking is on. In case you're interested in that kind of sports and ever watched WCAs, and race walking, be it intentionally (no one's judging Did it ever occur to you that the athletes "walk" as if they have to pee, or take a poop, REAL URGENTLY!? And that the loo is – optionally! – 20, 35, 50 kilometers / 12.4, 21.75, 31 miles away. What. The. Heck!? Hm, I tend to constipation

Original Swedish Köttbullar " Guten Hunger, everybody. And Happy Weekend! |
VERY rare sight just now (1:13 PM) – as it has NEVER happened before! I know all common planes, helicopters, etc. by their motor noise now as I live close to our local airport. A few minutes ago a noise I didn't know (slightly staccato) attracted me to look from my terrace what it is. The round structure on its back, just before the elevator unit, showed it was an AWACS-plane – and from its height it was clear it had just started from Findel International, or local airport. What the heck do military reconnaissance airplanes do over middle Europe? Okay, they flew UK-wards
findingfeet BUT: what (not only) I saw yesterday was part of a NATO exercise most likely prompted by the recent military maneuvers of Russia and Belarus and Russia violating Polish and Romanian airspace with "misplaced" drones. Poland and Romania called upon the NATO for help after that.

WOW – second AWACS (1:42 PM) toward Britain from Findel.
