All our contests are open, so be sure to click to them and double click the hearts in the upper right corner to favorite them! Click until the heart turns gold on all your favs to fan them! (Makes sense, right? lol)  While you're at it, why don't you fan your favorite contest hosts, too? That's quick and easy. You can do it right from this post. Just click the heart by their name until it turns gold/yellow. If you prefer to keep your privacy, you can also just click once until the heart turns black. That way, you can track it, but the contest host doesn't know. I'm not sure why you want to keep it a secret that you like them or their contest, but some folks are like that. SM allows you to simply set it as a favorite of yours instead of becoming a fan and this keeps your admiration of it private.  |

If you need a new PC laptop, Best Buy has a really good one for $1399. They definitely have cheaper ones, but this is the best I found there with the specs my friend wanted -- even generally better than several $1999 computers I looked at. | I think AI can't replace something. The process of writing a story is beautiful. If people use AI to generate stories, they are missing out. Nothing can replace the human mind. It's great at helping highlight possible mistakes, but it is a machine and therefore, cannot replace the human experience. And we as authors and writers are in the business of spinning tales based on true life stories and experiences. |
Allan Charles 🐾 2340534  - You are right. It is not going away, no matter how much muttering and complaining there is. The economic incentive is too great. Transparency and honesty from authors who use it is important and the issue of copyright is still an evolving question. In the commercial world of publishing I anticipate a stratification of approaches and markets. Purism where no AI rules and others who encourage or accept it. |
