My emotions from the heart.
External pressure and internal anxiety.
Everything around me.
Fantasy fiction invented almost everything.
Do you know of something that was a fantasy in your younger years that is now a reality?

Smart watches
Buying water in bottles was a joke to us, a completely ridiculous fantasy. Why would anyone pay for something that (as far as we knew) came for free from things called taps and faucets? Obviously, we were too young to know anything of water bills and too ignorant to understand the depth of mankind's stupidity.
Beholden Author Icon - So true! Why would anyone do that? I remember thinking they'll probable go out of business soon. I must be dense. I'm in the south now, there are water kiosks all over with filtered water, it's better than tap or bottled, fill your container for .40 cents a gallon.

Gulp DragonDawn & Yani Dragoona are on the case!
Sheriff GulpCowgirl Yani
Wanted: Cole Clemmins

For unleashing a bushel red squiggle rattle snakes. He's been punctaring and spelling signs so wrong that folks're gettin' plain ol' confused.

Dear ol' Dolly can't say hi no more; she says highe. Atticus can't run his bird sanctuary. And that invisible Harvey now alleges he's a Rabbi instead of a rabbit.

In addition, that rascal Cole may have tampered with this here poster too. So we'll give you five good raisins to bring this friend to justice! ;) Just uh, give us a moment to thank.
"ain't notin' to see 'er, move on ya all"
Low life chicken rustler, Fryer Duck, had erased his face from the poster.
You know it was that scoundrel by the hen pecked ankles and the fashionable pink beanie.
He rustles the chickens and makes them play pollo.
The towns folk aren't fed up with him 'cause there ain't no chickens.
The offering, to whoever catches him feather-handed, omelettes and fingers all week.

In the limelight

Lovely and lonely
Flower among blooms
Someone recently told me they thought tone and mood should match, but that isn't always true.
Have you written something where the tone and mood of the work were vastly different?
Yes. I wrote a couple of poems with a very depressed tone but written with a comedic mood. Some called them "emotional whiplash" but it was the only way I could reconcile those thuings I was feeling.
Yes. Started off in a happy place but it ended in a sad place.
Writing body language is not easy, but what your characters do speaks just as loudly as what they say.
What are your own tips for writing body language?
As I sit slumped forward on this couch in exactly the posture my aunt always said would cripple me, with my head bent downward and my hands folded over my knees, I breathe slow, shallow breaths as I try to think of a tip for writing body language. I lower my head a little more and move it slowly from side to side. Then I straighten a little and find the few keys I require to type, "I have no tips at all." Leaning back with a sigh and a faint smile, I think, "Maybe this is a good tip after all."
Humble Poet PNG - cheedorgs! Author Icon - yes, I think the English title was the gods must be crazy. I’ve forgotten what the title was in Japan. Here, the body language for come here is done with the open palm moving downward.
Make full use of the humble mirror.

How do you describe dark days?
With harsh light trying to poke through, creating harsh shadows and glare.

(I find gray days to be calming.)
I would call a dark day nighttime. *Laugh*
Dark days are opportunities. They should not be avoided, but rather, embraced … confronted head on … for they hold the lessons we need to learn in order to heal and grow into better versions of ourselves.
