As far as what the Batman Beyond villainess's play would look like, I would like more time for the tiny to experience her unique liquid body. Inque places a finger on the MC's head and spins him like a top in her palm, laughing all the while, she dangles him like a pendulum, tickles him helplessly, etc.
The whole time, Inque teases the tiny, her comments switching from flirty to bully.
She places the tiny on her back, letting him slide downward only for her svelte skin to become a thick sea. The tiny is swept up once again in the inky current, trapped in a whirlpool on her back, as Inque chuckles and remarks she will never get tired of this.
The inky waterfall carries the MC down the length of Inque's back and he finally surfaces in her thighs, Inque laying on her stomach. She remarks that's not right and the current sweeps the tiny up in reverse to her lower back, where two massive inky swells surround the tiny and pull him under.
Then those waves solidify, and the tiny realizes they aren't waves but Inque's asscheeks, which he's trapped between. He should be terrified right now, not horny, but there is definitely a bit of both.
