I'm good at...
Speed Reading/reviewing- 1000 word story won't even take me five minutes to read, and you'll get a review within 10 minutes of me reading it. As it is, my reviews are usually around 300 Characters- minus my Review Sig. However, sometimes they'll reach the 1,000 Character mark. Depends on the Story/item. *Bigsmile*

Interactives that don't have an actual story started - Give me some meat to eat there before you ask me to look at it, with at least one thread being at least 10 chapters long, and not just choices that aren't even developed, preferably written by your own hand. Books - well, not through a Review Request page anyways, as I'd would have to review the book itself and not the Chapter, in order to get paid, but I will review them if you ask me in an email. Anything that doesn't allow reviews. *Bigsmile*

Colors and colorblindness - there's the colors we can see, those we can't, and those some other person can see more of. I mean, here we have several shades of blue - from a few forms of light Teal to dark Navy, but some can see shades more distinct than even those. Likewise, some only see shades of Gray, or see them in other colors than what most tend to. Always something.

There's different things that one fears - death, taxes, crime, disappointed mother-in-laws - to the point that there is a list that can be several miles long. Some folks fear different things. Someone from Florida might not be scared of a hurricane, but stick them in a mild New York snowfall, and they will be screaming and begging to go back home. The real question is, what do you do in such situations?

If it was a snake, it would have bitten you. My mother likes using this saying whenever I'm looking for something, only to find it in a place I had already checked out, as it was hiding behind something, and I hadn't moved enough things around. Snakes themselves are also good at hiding too, especially if they have the right coloration or shape. One moment, you think that you're looking at a rope or stick, only to go Nope - that's a snake!

Ah, the certification of one who is a genius, and what one does to prove said genius nature, by writing a poem to show off their skills. One can clearly see it in the way that they write, with all the rhymes and such. You'll find no finer examples of such prose than right here.

A young man enters a dark and forbidden forest, seeking a cure for a curse that his father has been placed under. However, none are welcomed in this place, and thus, no one enters it. However, the man comes into the place, seeking the first tree, for it's sap, which is said to cure all that ails a person. Will he be able to find it? Read to find out.

Places that one can no longer go to. There are a number of places that one can no longer go to. For some, this was because of mankind - some sort of accident, a moment or three of stupidity, or perhaps willful intention to cause a bunch of damage to a structure or location, one that holds meaning to others. Other things were destroyed by nature - earthquake, flood, tornado, fire, storm, and many more. Sometimes they can be rebuilt, but even then, they aren't the same.

Earth's natural beauty - a treasure worth preserving, and sharing. There are many marvels to be enjoyed, from sunsets and sunrises, the ways that the sun reflects off of the water's surface, the light of the moon in the night sky. Then, there's the way the wind causes trees to bend, scattering leaves in the breeze. There's so many things that can happen. All are a wonder.

The moon, it holds many a person's wonders. People once thought that there were folks on the moon. Now though, to the best of our knowledge, there isn't, that we know of. The moon is important in many religions and folk beliefs and tales. So, just how important is the moon? Well, that is for each person to decide. Is it merely a ball of rock that affects the tides, or is it the source of power for lycanthropes? Only you can say.

A rather interesting, and difficult, poem to read. It tells the tale of a type of a rather special sort of deception, where there is an abusive partner (and possibly abusive parent). To all outside the house, the person seems normal, loving even. But, behind closed doors, that's when the monster comes out to play its horrible games.

An interesting poem with some riddles. A man has a close call with Death, who it seems has a sense of humor. Death gives the man three riddles to try to figure out. They take a bit of time to figure out, but then the man soon learns what they mean, among other things, which come true for them. Makes one wonder about things.

Thoughts of a skull - as it wonders how it's able to think, as, without a brain, that's more than a bit difficult to accomplish, as one normally has to be alive in order to think. Then, there's all the other issues that come with being just a skull, and how that affects other things, which might be useful.

Ah, the old haunted house. Is it actually haunted, or is it merely settling? Old houses make noise - provable, and proven, fact - many can testify to this. However, some houses hold some deep and dark secrets, ones that are not at all friendly. After all, in some places, one wrong turn, and there will be no sign of you in this world.

Now, scientific nitpick - spiders are not insects, they are arachnids.

An interesting little story, involving the deadly Black Widow spider, and their deadly courtship, in how they attract a mate, to try to have babies with. Apparently, even with the prior evidence before them, the males can't resist the deadly ladies.

Learning is the ability to figure out and adapt new skills, and modify existing ones, so that we can, hopefully, improve upon what it is we are trying to do. This could be a simple thing, like figuring out that rubbing your finger down a sharp blade the wrong way is a great way to cut yourself, or it could be as complicated as trying to come up with a new formula for a unique game. Always something.

A cute little poem about love, and what a woman wants from a man. Someone to be there, who can cook, who can make her feel loved. Plenty of little things, that she needs most in her life. Looks like the start of a potentially interesting story. You have a woman thinking about the various crushes, and loves she has had early in her life, and how she now has none by the time she has graduated from collage. Okay - this is a funny story. An alien from another planet is all set to meet a human, only it seems that the "human" he has met doesn't like to talk, and turns their back to them - a grave insult. (Of course, most reading this knows that the "human" indicated is actually as scarecrow.) Very funny indeed.

Well, this is an interesting story. A man goes to the police, in order to try to get a murderer arrested. Problem is, the police officer he is talking to is having a hard time buying the story. Also, there seems to be more going on, than meets the eye. Oh the twists and turns that this story has to tell.

Well, this looks like the start of an interesting story. A man is trying to tell a story to some children, only for a woman to basically say, "It's bedtime," and try to get the children to sleep. It seems that there is some sort of secret, where demons and fairies are concerned. Makes one wonder what is up.

War - an eternal conflict. Many are the reasons for it. There have been so many, it's hard to list them all. Some have names that are lost to the sands of time, along with the reasons why. An interesting short story, that reminds me of "Cask of Amontalodo", or something similar, by Edger Allen Poe, to a certain degree. A man is annoyed by the antics of another, who is a liar and a braggart, and thus wants to kill him. However, he wants to do so, in a way, that looks like an accident. He soon comes up with a plan - an accident while deer hunting. Will this plan work? Read to find out.
