I won't shake out everything bad about a writing, but if something is definitely spelled wrong, used out of context, or grammar is misused, I might point it out (sorry). I will mostly focus on the characterization, diction, and flow of the item as well as my reaction to the events of the item being reviewed.

Thank you for requesting that I review this piece. I just want to say that, truly, I fell for this work...

The flow of the story was very well-done, as was the organization and presentation of details. The details given were enough to make a detailed picture without subtracting from the feel and pace of the story.

As for characterization, again, well done. Some of the characteristics of your characters are revealed directly, and some also indirectly, which is good. The part that each character plays fall perfectly into the plot.

As for my reaction whilst reading, I thought it was amazing. I could imagine every second of the plot and I almost felt like I was in the shoes of Ms. Crowhurst. Very, very well done!

As for my rating, I would give it five stars, but, as always, there is room for improvement. I cannot wait to see how the rest of this story turns out. Thank you so much for sharing this with me.

To begin with, I really enjoyed reading this poem. I will say that I did struggle at some points to follow along with the poem, but it made a bit more sense to me after I read it again. I will say, however, that I did like how the poem sort of shifted in and out of the rhyme scheme, remaining largely free verse (as far as I could tell) with a couple of rhyming lines placed here and there. Overall, very well done. Keep up the great work!

I will say it is a bit short, but even from this I can pick up a lot of what was trying to be conveyed. Even for a one-stanza poem, it feels pretty powerful. Great job!
