Sorry to hear this. I hope you leave this person who is obviously toxic. Ive been with someone who is kind of the same but not quite as bad as what you describe here.

Beautiful piece you wrote here. I love poems about nature. And you nailed it. Nice rhymes and flow.

My favorite part: "I see the water rippling as you drink what is so free."

I imagined the sparrow drinking water from a bird bath.

It would be cool to absorb things. Dreams are so weird that they are quite funny. I am on medication for OCD and it causes me to dream every night. My doctor says I should start writing down my dreams.

This poem was beautiful. You have a real talent here. And a way with words. I enjoyed reading this. Nice flow and rhymes. A sad story about a little girl losing her father to war, but then gets a dog to make her feel safe again. You nailed this one.

A very beautiful poem indeed for the mentally challenged. This poem caught my eye because as I sit here in the tea shop tonight a mentally challenged girl with down syndrome walked in with her dad. They were going over the alphabet learning each letter.

Oh my god. This poem hit the spot. I'm 30 years old. I grew up with my grandparents still live with my grandfather today. Me and my grandparents watched a station called TV Land it had allnthe classic. Munsters, All in The Family, Green Acres, Bonanza, beaver, amd one of my favorites Andy Griffith. The last time I watched classic television was about 6 months ago when I was using my tv as light for sleeping at night. I was watching All In the Family, Andy Griffith, and Green Acres and a few others that came on around that time. This poem took me back to my childhood with my grandmother who passed away in 2008 of lung cancer.

This poem reminds me of when my grandmother (who raised me) found out she had cancer. When we found out about her diagnosis I was shattered. And the part that hurt the most besides losing her was that there was nothing I could do to fix it. I relate to this poem very much.

This whole time while im reading, I thought it was about drugs. The needle, the numbness. Then it ends up being a dentist pulling a tooth. You tricked me! Congratulations.
