A Goethe Stanza Poem. For the A-Z Poetic Form Contest.

You speak with eyes that have seen winds blow.

With the force of pain, and of love, your plight
has never faltered, hence your glow,

is clear to all who have seen the light.

In tongues all men can understand;

their furrowed brows, the likes of all,
will gather now on the barren land,

to echo hope and heed your call.
