Visualize a lonely beach,

Soft pulsing of the tide.

Feet sink, refreshed and embraced

By warm moist sand.

Tunes of life; the seagull and the wave,

Echo as they dance;

Mingle with a steady salty breeze.

Your body, relaxed, turns in wonder.

Eyes lift to the horizon,

As sea and sky meet a gentle mist,

One breath; unified.

A ship. Masts upon the wind,

Distant wonder in exploration and gentle departure.

A jellyfish, there upon the shore;

Silent mass of translucent perfection,

Speaks to your heart, in wonder.

The soft echo of life beneath the wave,

Intrigues. Awakens your soul.

Spirit uplifted,

Alive.
