Sit With Me.

Sit with me a while, my friend.

The earth is warm.

The sun is high.

Sit with me, and we might see,

A bird or two, upon the sky.

Sit with me and contemplate

How our friendship has come to be.

Share the afternoon at will.

Let’s sit here. Just you and me.
