Sage and Her Pineapple Pizza

For my Creative Writing final, I had to write a children's story

Sage wanted a pineapple pizza

She went to the fridge

“OH NO,” Sage cried, I have no pizza

What do I need to make a pizza?

Sage thinks about a pizza

“I need dough.”

“I need pizza sauce.”

“I need cheese.”

“Lastly, I need a topping, PINEAPPLE.”

Sage loved pineapple

At the store, Sage finds none of the ingredients to make a pizza

Sage is sad, so she calls her friend Bianca

Bianca tells Sage she can find pizza dough in the town hall

Sage goes to the town hall and finds the pizza dough on a desk

Next, Sage calls her friend Sam,

“Do you know where I can find pizza sauce?”

Sam tells Sage you can find pizza sauce on Volcano Island

So, Sage boards a boat and travels to Volcano Island, where she finds the pizza sauce in a tiki hut

To find the cheese, Sage calls her friend Livy

Livy tells Sage that to find cheese, she needs to go to the moon, because the moon is made of cheese

So, Sage boards a rocket ship and goes to the moon and takes home a bit of the moon

At home, Sage realizes she only needs one more ingredient

PINEAPPLE!

To find the prized pineapple, Sage calls her friend Leroy

Leroy tells Sage, Go to the yellow house

Sage sets out to find the yellow house

It looks like a pineapple

So she goes inside and sitting on a pineapple throne chair is the yellowest pineapple she’s ever seen

With all of her ingredients found, Sage goes home

At home, she grabs the pizza dough and makes it into a circle

She next grabs the pizza sauce and spreads it all around the dough

After the sauce, she grabs the moon cheese and grates it

Sprinkling it on the pizza

Lastly, she grabs the delicious pineapple and cuts it

Placing it carefully on the pizza

Once the pizza is made, she places it in the oven

The pizza is cooked

“HOORAY!” Sage yells

“I can finally eat pizza!”

She cuts the pizza and takes a bite

“This is so delicious!”
